Dynamic Life Challenge is a simple yet highly effective Web App Wellness based programme. Individuals, Groups or Corporates will have programmes designed that boosts their sense of well-being and helps create a positive, energetic and motivated Individual.
Our key focus is to reset lifestyle habits. We do this through an achievable 4 week challenge helping to improve the areas of:
Nutrition, movement, stress and anxiety, breathing techniques, mindfulness and hydration.
We aim to empower people to be accountable for their health and wellbeing. Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual.
